By accessing or using BrainRush, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, and school administrators. BrainRush is a product of DERJANY education.
BrainRush is designed for students aged 6 and older. Children under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent, or must access BrainRush through a school account managed by an authorized administrator. By using BrainRush, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement or have obtained the required consent.
Each account is for a single user only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Student ID and PIN. You agree not to share your credentials with others, attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you, use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience of other users.
You agree to use BrainRush solely for lawful, educational purposes. Prohibited activities include submitting false information, manipulating leaderboards or scores through unauthorized means, uploading or transmitting harmful or offensive content, and attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform.
All content on BrainRush — including but not limited to questions, graphics, logos, audio, UI designs, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of BrainRush and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of BrainRush without prior written permission. The BrainRush name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. Prices and available plans are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if a user violates these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, access to the platform and all associated data will be revoked. Users may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@brainrush.app.
BrainRush is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific educational outcomes. We are not responsible for any loss of data or interruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of BrainRush after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email where applicable.
